Our company policy regarding the return of chickens is as follows:

1. We do not accept returns for chickens, eight weeks or older, once they have been purchased and taken off our premises.
2. Prior to purchasing, customers are encouraged to thoroughly inspect the chickens to ensure they meet their expectations in terms of health, breed, and suitability for their flock.
3. We take great care to provide accurate information about the chickens' health, age, and breed at the time of sale. However, if a customer encounters any issues with their purchased chickens, they are encouraged to contact us for assistance and guidance.
4. In the event of extenuating circumstances or unforeseen issues, we may consider exceptions to this policy on a case-by-case basis.

Our No Shipping Policy for Live Birds:

At Ferentinos Farm, we prioritize the health and welfare of our live birds. Therefore, we do not offer shipping services for live birds. Instead, customers are welcome to arrange for farm pickup of their desired birds.

Farm Pickup: Customers can schedule a convenient time to pick up their live birds directly from our farm location. This allows for a smooth transition and minimizes stress on the birds during transportation.

We believe that this policy ensures the well-being of our birds and allows customers to personally select and inspect their chosen birds before bringing them home.
